What has all the BUZZ been about? Come meet the new FarraTech!


For weeks, we've been providing small pieces to an emerging puzzle we wanted to reveal to our customers. Well, the time is here and we are ready to deliver more than just a hint or glimpse to what we can offer.

On July 21, 2011, we will hold our Grand Opening Ceremony with our official Ribbon Cutting beginning at 4:30 p.m.  During this time, we will unveil, our new state-of-the art 12,000 sq. ft facility, new team players, introduction to our enhanced services, and a chance for all of our current & prospective customers, vendors, friends, and neighbors a chance to learn what all the hype is about! 

FarraTech has been a leader in the toner and printer service industry locally, but with these updated services, products, and team, we are now well equipped to handle accounts of all sizes and will soon emerge as national brand.

Gone but NEVER forgotten. FarraTech has lost a beautiful fellow employee & friend...

It is with much sadness and grief that we say farewell to a wonderful employee & co-worker, friend, and genuine person. 

Deaurious, as we and his family & friends called him "Oreo", was an extremely bright, humorous, and hard working young man.  His dedication to his position and responsibilities even though he was very ill, gave us all a great example of what hard work should resemble.  He will be greatly missed by all the members of the FarraTech staff and we have comfort in knowing he has come to his resting place and finally has peace.

I can't print! HELP!!!!

Picture this: You are working on this major presentation and you're at the end!  Finally, after several weeks of preparations, meetings, reviewing the budget, working with your marketing team, etc. you are finally DONE!  All you have to do now is print the entire report, make 10 copies, pick out your "power suit" and relax before you present it to the Board of Directors in tomorrow's meeting.  You raise your index finger and slowly press the key to send your job to the printer, then this happens....

You get an error message: 50 Fuser Error

What does it mean to be customer obsessed?

Many companies claim to be customer oriented putting this term in their catch phrases, logos, and in marketing materials to later under deliver and over promise.  This leaves the customer unable to trust the stores and vendors and also leaving a bad taste in their mouths on the entire experience.

Since the beginning, we’ve had one common goal in mind and that’s to become one of the best in service and products and to always take care of our customers!  As many of you know, our President & CEO has an open door policy, not just with her employees but with our customers as well.  Her calendar is constantly booked (sometimes overbooked) with countless meetings.  No, not board meetings or executive sessions, but with visits to our customers, lunches with IT Directors, office managers, administrators, and sometimes the entire staff!  And please understand, these meetings aren’t just regarding their accounts, she is interested in their business, their families, and sharing a laugh or two, or six!

FarraTech and its employees are that special “needle in a haystack” that aren’t solely concerned with the business side of things; we are concerned with the actual customer!  Some of the things extraordinary we have done for our customers include:

An office of 20 with two printers can spend $3,260 per year on printer cartridges, and remanufactured cartridges can save that office as much as $950 per year in costs!

Many companies are reluctant to buy remanufactured cartridges because of the fear of damage to their printer as well as poor quality.  Some of the (OEM) companies will try to frighten you into buying only their brand.
