Managing the needs of several national, multi-location accounts may seem like a massive responsibility and while the duties are extensive, our May FarraTech Employee of the month, does this with grace, dedication, and always a smile!
National Customer Service Specialist, Karen LaVoy displays a level of service and shows us how customer service should be! From handling help desk tickets, to order entry, invoicing, and scheduling deliveries, she is constantly a busy bee! Her customer base spreads wide across the country but you would never know it as she treats each and every customer as if they were her only call of the day!
When she isn't being one of the FarraTech "superheroes", she brainwashes her nieces and nephews to say that "KK is the best aunt in the world", enjoys hearing live music, and likes to sit on her screened in deck at the end of the day with a good book.
